Val Larson is a seasoned Leadership Development, Culture Change and Talent Management leader whose high impact consultative approach nets big wins for her client base. Her global leadership experience spans over 50 locations in Asia, Europe and across the Americas serving over 20,000 employees. Val's ability to lead a holistic culture change that sticks is tightly integrated with:

In recent years, he has focused on program management for Mergers and Acquisitions, Enterprise Resource Planning, Continuous Improvement, and Supply Chain. Woody has a thriving transnational leadership development coaching clientele. He holds a BA, an MBA, and a PhD.

Robert E. "Dusty" Staub II - Chairman & CEO, Staub Leadership International

Dusty has worked for over 30 years with executives, families and community groups, as well as with private and public companies. He has trained and coached individuals and teams in delivering high performance outcomes. Dusty has been a pioneer in the process of creating systemic accountability by aligning leadership and group behaviors with strategy to produce optimal bottom-line results.

He has worked and traveled extensively in Europe and the United States. He is the author of 4 published books: The Heart of Leadership: Twelve Practices of Courageous Leaders, released in an updated, revised edition in paperback and The 7 Acts of Courage: Bold Leadership for a Wholehearted Life, as well as Courage in the Valley of Death and co-author with Wayne Gerber of Dynamic Focus: Creating Significance and Breaking the Spell of Limitation. He has written over two hundred articles on topics such as leadership, innovation, culture change, personal and team effectiveness, and business strategy and writes a bi-weekly column for the Triad Business Journal.

Dusty is a fellow in the School of Engineering at VA Tech., and received a Masters in Clinical Social Work in Marital and Family Therapy and Systems from UNC Chapel Hill. He currently lives in Kernersville, with his wife, Christine, a family physician. Dusty is the proud father of three young adults.

Wayne Gerber - President, Sungate Advisors

Wayne is a seasoned professional with over 20 years working with executives, teams and organizations in implementing strategies to bring out their best. He is a consultant, facilitator, trainer, executive coach and author. Wayne has an extensive, multi-faceted background that includes professional experiences in the fields of public health research (epidemiology), broadcast television, market research and organizational development. His approach blends science and human systems technologies into powerful methodologies for leading at the personal and organizational level in both public and private sector organizations. He co-facilitates The Advanced Leadership Program based upon the book he co-authored with Dusty Staub (Dynamic Focus - Creating Significance and Breaking the Spells of Limitations).

Wayne earned a Masters of Science in Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Psychology from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. His continuing education includes:
